Searches/Claims
Searches (I can’t find it but it the catalog says it is not checked out)
- Report the problem to Client Services Desk.
- Fill out a Search Request Form.
- Staff will conduct 4 official searches within 45 business days.
You will be notified of the search results by email.
Claims (I turned it in, but you say I still have it.)
- Report the problem to Client Services Desk.
- Fill out a Claim/Appeal Form.
- Staff will conduct 4 official searches within 14 business days.
You will be notified of the search results by email.
- If
the official Search does not locate the item you will be billed for:
- Replacement cost of the item.
- $25.00 processing fee per item.
- Always use the book drops or hand the item
directly to a staff member
DO NOT leave items on the Client Services Desk.
